ACMA is a co-ed day school. We accept students from K2-12th Grade. We accept Cadets based on their goals and potential. There are no entrance exams for any of our grades. However, there will be an extensive interview with the family of the prospective Cadet. We will also examine the Cadet’s academic history. We have a Student Code of Conduct that all Cadets in 3rd- 12th grade are required to sign when accepted to the school.

Open House / Orientation will be held Saturday June 16, 2007 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 noon; At Kiononia Worship Center & Village 4900 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd. Orientation will consist of detailed information regarding the school year, scholarship, tuition and registration information.

SUMMER SCHOOL/ SUMMER CAMP
We the staff of Aukela are proud to announce that we are offering an intense math and reading camp for our student this summer. Math and reading continue to be the areas in which our children struggle in the most.

Academics
The camp will consist of reading, math, science, & social studies, for grades K-8th grade. Cadets in 9-12 grades can earn a maximum of 2.0 credits, during the summer, if the student attends four classes (full time).

Activities
In the afternoon their will be arts and crafts structured outside games for sportsmanship, chess club, drum line, music club, dance and weekly fieldtrips etc.

Lunch
All students will have to bring a cold lunch and snack daily, no sweets.

Uniform Attire
All clothing must be clean and in good condition. Cadets are required to wear full-length t-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, khakis or shorts (no short shorts or short skirts). No obscene or negative messages are permitted on any article of clothing. It is necessary to wear close toe shoe. Regular clothing can be worn Monday—Thursday, and Fridays children must wear Aukela t-shirts.

$75.00 K-12th Grade 1st (sibling)
$55.00 each additional child (sibling)

Tuition (full time)
$162.50 per wk full time 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
$650.00 for all four weeks

Tuition (part time)
$100.00 per wk part time 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
$400.00 for all four weeks

Scholarships
McKay, Florida Pride and ACMA scholarships do not pay for summer school/ summer camp. The camp has to be paid privately by all parents who wish for their child or children to participate.
